Boost school success and test scores by improving reading skills and strengthen parent involvement!

Most parents don't realize how much they can do to help their children become lifelong readers.  Many don't know how to lay the groundwork by reading aloud, playing word games, and helping their children get excited about language.  Now there's help.

NEW THIS SCHOOL YEAR: The Literacy Coach, Melissa Hernandez, is sending a monthly newsletter called the Reading Connection.  The Reading Connection shows parents how to help their children learn to read.  Every month, parents will receive simple, straightforward tips and activities designed to get parents involved in their children's reading development.  The Beginning Edition focuses on the skills children need to build a foundation for reading success. The handouts will be given to your child monthly.

There is a Spanish Edition that will be available upon parent request.  Reading is the Key to Success!!!
